Refunds
A verified bid buys immediate public rank credit. Because placement starts when payment clears, completed bids are normally final.
When we will review a refund
Contact us if you were charged twice for the same intended bid, the payment cleared but rank credit was never added, the payment was unauthorised, or we removed the app before providing a reasonable period of placement. We also honour any refund rights that apply by law.
How to request one
Email support@androidapp.lol with the app listing URL, payment date, amount, and Stripe checkout reference. Do not send a card number, security code, bank statement, or password.
What happens to rank credit
A full refund removes the related rank credit. A partial refund can reduce it proportionally. Disputed or reversed payments may be suppressed while reviewed. These adjustments can lower the app’s position and are recorded in the ranking audit ledger.
Timing
Approved refunds are sent through the original payment method. Stripe and the card issuer control when the funds appear. We will confirm the decision and any rank adjustment by email.
